Welcome to Yiyo Studio ("Yiyo Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered content creation services, including our website at https://yiyo.studio and our application at https://app.yiyo.studio (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Yiyo Studio provides AI-powered tools to create images and videos for marketing campaigns. AI-generated content is created using third-party models (e.g., OpenAI, Google) under their respective terms.
2. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content you create or approve through the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use any uploaded materials (logos, reference images, product photos) and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws. We do not endorse or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or suitability of user-generated content.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Create or distribute spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable platform policies • Engage in fake engagement, artificial inflation of metrics, or inauthentic activity • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others • Distribute harmful, illegal, or harassing content We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Credits and Payments
Use of AI features consumes credits purchased through our payment provider (Stripe). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as specified in our billing policies. We may modify pricing and credit consumption rates with reasonable notice. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of your plan.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party providers (AI models, hosting) and may be subject to downtime, rate limits, or discontinuation. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability or third-party changes.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last modified" date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
